The shop where Tsukiji Tamasushi began, founded in 1924 and still on the same corner two minutes from Tsukiji Station. There are 13 counter seats and 22 at tables, and the dining room is entirely non-smoking.
Dinner runs from 17:00 to 22:00 with last orders at 21:30. Note that a 5 percent service charge is added to anything ordered from 17:00, which the restaurant states on its own page. Lunch cannot be reserved; evening bookings are taken by phone.
