Edo-style sushi on the third floor of the Gonpachi building at the Nishi-Azabu crossing, made in front of you at the counter. Besides the counter there are tables, private tatami rooms for twelve and seats on a garden terrace, 100 seats in all.

It opens at 17:00 and serves until 2:00 in the morning, with last orders at 1:00, every day of the year. The restaurant is entirely non-smoking, and a vegan menu is published alongside the dinner menu.

Sushizanmai Shibuya Tokyuhontenmae stands in Udagawacho, four minutes from Exit A2 of Shibuya Station, opposite the former Tokyu department store. The shop where Tsukiji Tamasushi began, founded in 1924 and still on the same corner two minutes from Tsukiji Station. There are 13 counter seats and 22 at tables, and the dining room is entirely non-smoking.

A sushi house run by the third generation of Tonofuku Suisan, a seafood business the listing describes as eighty years old, together with the third generation of Aozora-zushi. It uses wild-caught fish.
